Cambridge IGCSE Mathematics 0580 · Paper 22 (Extended) · Calculator · 3 marks

اقرأ هذا الحل مشروحاً بالعربي ←

The question, in short

Given that m varies inversely with the square of (t + 2), and m = 0.64 at t = 3, work out the value of m at t = 8.

Summarised in our own words. Use the official paper for the exact wording and any diagrams.

Solution · 3 marks

  1. 1m = k/(t + 2)²
  2. 20.64 = k/(3 + 2)², so k = 0.64 × 25 = 16
  3. 3m = 16/(8 + 2)² = 16/100
  4. 4m = 0.16
