Eleven babies' birth weights in kg are listed. Complete a stem-and-leaf diagram with stems 1 to 4 and key 2|1 = 2.1 kg, then find the median weight.

Place each of the 11 weights onto the correct stem row 1 to 4, using the tenths digit as the leaf, following the key 2|1 represents 2.1 kg.
