Solution · 4 marks

  1. 1The strip of four faces has height 5 cm; its faces are 4, 10, 4, 10 cm wide
  2. 2a = 4 + 10 + 4 = 18
  3. 3The top face is the 10 × 4 face: b = 10, c = 4
  4. 4Base is 10 × 4, below the strip: d = 5 + 4 = 9
  5. 5a = 18, b = 10, c = 4, d = 9

Answera = 18, b = 10, c = 4, d = 9
