Who it is for

Students who have finished IGCSE and are taking AS maths in Year 12 or 13. Many universities, including in Egypt and Qatar, look at AS results for entry, so a good grade here matters. Check what your university asks for.

The units

Each unit is one paper: 1 hour 30 minutes, 75 marks, calculator allowed, graded A to E. Exams run in January, May/June and October.

What you get

Marked on your working, not just your answer

Many AS questions ask you to show every step and do not accept a calculator answer on its own. Lemmara gives method marks from your working and accuracy marks from your answer, then shows the worked solution line by line.
